Dishes like these for greater variation than you can imagine!
Baking and Grilling
It is possible to cook much larger amounts of food at much higher speeds than when using a salamander oven, hearth, or similar. The Jet Oven is an essential item of cooking equipment, not just in food factories and at western-style restaurants serving pizza and so on, but in Japanese-style pubs where a large variety of dishes are prepared, from grilled fish to steak, gratin, and grilled rice balls.

Oil Spray Cooking
(Non-Fry Deep Frying)
The Jet Oven is not just a device for baking and grilling. Simply by coating foods in oil and passing them through the Jet Oven, it is possible to cook non-fry deep-fried foods. While blowing away the boundary layer (a layer of cooler air) with heated air from above and below, foods are quickly cooked to a crispy finish. Unlike a deep-fat fryer, this cooking method does not require large amounts of oil, so as well as enabling savings in oil consumption, foods are lower in calories compared with those fried in oil, and it is possible to undertake the efficient cooking of large amounts of deep-fried foods to match health-oriented requirements.
Baked rice patties (rice burgers)
Baking patties made from rice to resemble burger buns is another specialty dish of the Jet Oven. While heating the rice patties through, it is possible to apply an appetizing baked color to each grain of rice on their outer surfaces. With the Jet Oven, the depth of this baked color and the degree of crispiness in the surface texture can be adjusted to perfectly match customer requirements. We can also provide a specialized production line for baking rice patties in a food factory setting.
Baking Pastries and Drying Confectioneries
Thanks to the attractive cooking finish that it provides, the Jet Oven is also active in confectionery factories. In addition to baking pastries, it is used to bake and dry biscuits, cookies, and so on. By setting longer heating times, the Jet Oven can also bake sponge cakes in the same way as a convection oven.
